WPSFTPRO for WordPress – Upload stuck at 0%

Sometimes the file upload process can be stuck at 0%. This issue is caused by Wordfence security plugin. All ajax requests are blocked by firewall to protect the website. To fix the issue, you’ll need to whitelist the ajax actions in the Wordfence settings. To do so, please follow the steps described in the WPSFTPRO and Wordfence article.
