To open the Row Settings lightbox, click on settings button which is located on top-right of row section.

COHERENT COLUMNS:
Removes the margin between columns.
MAX WIDTH:
This value is used to align the row’s container with Header & Footer. See Header Width from Header Options
Full width row with no specified max width value:
Full Row with specified max width value(1000px):
ROW TYPE
There are 2 row types: Full Width and Boxed. The boxed ro type automatically gets the Header Width.
