Newman footer is handled through Quark Builder footer. There are 2 footer types: Global & Local. Use the tabs to switch between Global or Local footer.
GLOBAL Footer:
Any change that is made in this section will go globally through entire site’s footer. All the pages which have in use Global footer will get affected.
LOCAL Footer:
Local footer is designed for pages that have a unique footer(different than standard on). The local footer will affect the local page only.
