By visiting our website or purchasing one of our products/services, you agree to Pixolette Soft SRL(Pixolette) Terms of Service(Terms and Conditions, Terms) and referenced below. Terms of Service are applied to all website visitors without limitations.

Registration

You may be required to register on the website in order to use some of Pixolette’s Services. You are required to associate your real identity with your account.

Your personal information is collected via registration form or form on the profile page. By registering, you confirm that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

We may require some verification steps in order to allow you to use Pixolette’s Services without limitations. This may include, but are not limited to, email verification. You acknowledge and agree that your access to Pixolette Services will be limited until the verification process is not successfully completed.

You agree that we may deny you use of the Pixolette Services if we’ll find that information you provided is not accurate.

Account Security and Passwords

You agree that security of your user account on Pixolette websites is solely your responsibility and:

• you are responsible for maintaining and updating the personal information that you submit to us, keeping it accurate and complete
• if you believe that your account’s security or integrity has been compromised, you agree to notify us immediately and you’ll be liable for any losses you suffer
• we reserve the right to suspend your Pixolette account for an investigation if we believe that your account is associated with any security violations

Warranty and Compatibility

Our products are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will work in all browsers and we do not guarantee that our products will work in all environments(example: it may work on Linux Server, but not on Windows, or it may work with WordPress 4.8 but not with WordPress 4.6). We don’t guarantee compatibility with any third party products, scripts, applications etc.

Our WordPress Themes and WordPress Plugins are developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress website, which can be downloaded from WordPress.org

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content(not including credit card information) may be transmitted unencrypted and involve a transmission over various networks and also involve changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks.

You agree to not copy, duplicate, reproduce, resell or exploit any portion of Pixolette’s Service, use of Pixolette’s Service, without express written permission by us.

Support

With the purchase of one of our products, you get full access to our Support Center. Technical support is provided via Tickets on our Support Desk which can be accessed at https://support.pixolette.com and you should not expect it via other channels like Facebook, Twitter, email etc. Support membership is limited to 6 months, but it can be renewed if it’s expired.

Refund Policy

At Pixolette, we want to be sure that our customers are happy with Pixolette’s Service. If you have any questions, concerns or issues with one of our products, please contact us at [email protected] or open a ticket on Support  Desk.

However, if you’re not happy and think that the purchase wasn’t a right decision, you can get your money back within 15 days after purchase date. If the product was purchased from Envato, then please open a refund request via this link. If product was purchased from Pixolette website, please contact us via email or open a support ticket and we’ll initiate a refund on your purchase.

Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Pixolette or its supplier licensors be liable direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or any other type of damages, including loss of data or profit, the inability or limitations to using the Pixolette’s Service. Even if the Pixolette or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of Pixolette Service results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof. Becuase some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

The Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Romania and the European Union.

Pixolette reserves the right to modify/change/update the current Imprint with no prior notice.
