What is Halloween?
It’s a holiday that’s celebrated on the night of October 31, every year, of course. It has many names like Witches Night or Hallowe’en, Samhain, Summer’s End, All Hallow’s Eve.
First, it was celebrated in Ireland and now is celebrated in many countries like the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Sweden.
In the Halloween’s night you can trick-or-treating, ghost tours, bonfires, costume parties, “haunted house” tours, carving pumpkins (they are called Jack-o’-lanterns) and watch TV’s scary movies with your girlfriend or boyfriend.
